It is specifically stipulated and you agree that any third party who is not a direct contracting party in the provision of our Services shall not be entitled to make any claim whatsoever against ASPL, and that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore is specifically excluded.
All the terms and conditions herein shall apply to your next-of-kin, successors-in-title, the administrators and executors of your estate and to this extent, you and your estate shall indemnify ASPL fully against any claims by your next-of-kin, successors-in-title or any third party, for loss or damage and all legal costs incurred in respect of defending such legal proceedings that may be brought against ASPL arising from your use of the Services.
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, ASPL reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Website, and to block or prevent your access to and use of the Website. ASPL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
